COVER LEVELS?

What Does Standard Recovery Cover?
- Roadside vehicle repair help if you’re over ¾ mile from home
- Transport to nearest garage if your vehicle isn’t repaired within 30 mins
- Transport home (within 20 miles of breakdown) for you and your passengers if recovery to the nearest garage isn’t possible
- Recovery of any trailer or van attached to your vehicle
- Misfuelling cover up to £250 to drain incorrect fuel and replace up to 10 litres of correct fuel
- Recovery to your home or nearest garage if you lose, break or lock your keys in your vehicle

What Does National Recovery Cover?
- Everything 'Standard Recovery' covers plus nationwide recovery, as well as recovery of your vehicle if you’re medically unfit to drive
- Overnight accommodation or alternative travel instead of recovery
- Homestart can also be added

What Does National & European Cover?
- Assistance provided in both the UK and Europe
- Roadside repair
- Up to £150 towards the cost of being towed to a safe place after a breakdown on a motorway or major public road in France and some other countries
- Transport to nearest garage if your vehicle can’t be repaired within 60 minutes
- Transport up to £50 and/or emergency accommodation up to £1,000 per breakdown if your vehicle can’t be repaired same day
- Cover - including emergency accommodation, alternative transport, re-booking fees, or repatriation of your vehicle - if you break down near the end of your trip and there isn’t enough time to repair your vehicle.

What is Not Covered?
You are not covered for:
- Breakdowns within the first 48 hours from the start of your policy
- Breakdowns as a result of failure to maintain your vehicle
- Assistance if your vehicle is untaxed or uninsured
- Any costs incurred more than 10 miles from the scene of a breakdown if your vehicle is immobilised by snow, mud, sand, water, ice or a flood
- Any costs incurred in respect of a recovery more than 20 miles for Standard recovery
- Any faults or symptoms from faults that you have failed to repair if you have requested a callout from our roadside agent within the last 28 days
- A breakdown as a result of motor racing, rally driving, track days, duration, or contest or speed trials or practice of these activities
- A breakdown as a result of a tyre puncture, if you do not have the correct equipment in your car, which must be your tool for locking wheel nuts, a spare tyre or if there is no spare tyre, then a puncture sealant aerosol kit
