  • WHAT AREN'T YOU COVERED FOR?

    Our policy doesn’t cover: 


    General wear and tear 

    Damage caused by loss, theft, or attempted theft 

    Any cosmetic damage  

    Any claim occurring within 28 days of the start of your policy 

    Deliberate or malicious damage or neglect 

    Replacement of the product where it is declared BER and was over 8 years old at the start of the policy

    Routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing 

    Any costs or expenses which are not directly associated with the incident which caused the claim
